contracts-bedrock: migrate deploy artifact

The deploy artifact for the `L1ERC721BridgeProxy`
was left in the `contracts-periphery` repo even though
the source code was migrated into the `contracts-bedrock`
package. This commit migrates the deploy artifact into
`contracts-bedrock` so that we can have a unified place
for deploy artifacts for integral contracts for the system.
