Use relatively absolute imports from the project root in a few files
that still have not received that migration. A source code change like
that requires a patch semver bump which then requires a rebuild of all
of the bindings since it changes the bytecode.

There are still other files that have relative imports from the file
itself, we can slowly migrate them over time as it is convenient.
