    op-service: predeploys package (#10494) · 043ee4d3
    Mark Tyneway authored
    Migrates the `op-bindings/predeploys` package to
    `op-service/predeploys`. There is various other
"system related" code there. This unblocks fully
deleting `op-bindings` as a top level package.
