Deletes a leftover log from the `Initializable` test.
This is just some routine code cleanup as logs should not be left
unless they are necessary.

Fixes a bug in L1 gas cost estimation where not all properties from the
input transaction were being used. This meant that certain properties
like access lists or transaction value weren't included in the
calculation. Resulting estimates were wrong.

Even if we're trusting the rpc source. This is a cheap sanity check.
